This policy explains what information Condor Roofing collects when you visit condorroofing.com, contact us, have us inspect or work on your roof, or use our customer portal, photo links and text messages, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Condor Roofing is a trade name of Cabrera Consulting LLC (“Condor Roofing,” “we,” “us”). We do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
What you give us. Your name, phone number, email and property address; details about your roof and property; insurance claim details you ask us to help with (your insurance company, claim number, adjuster and correspondence); your mortgage company when it’s needed for insurance payments; your signature on agreements; photos you send us through an upload link; and the messages you send us.
What we collect while working with you. Photos of your property and roof (with the date, time and location they were taken), roof measurements, inspection notes, estimates, invoices and payment records, and a record of our calls, texts and emails with you.
What we get from others. Public records such as property ownership and permit information; storm and hail reports from the National Weather Service and NOAA; roof measurement reports from measurement companies; claim information from your insurance company; contact information for a property from data providers; and details from people who refer you to us.
Door-to-door visits. When our team visits a neighborhood, we note which homes we visited and how it went (for example, not home, not interested, or please don’t knock), along with any contact details you choose to give us.
Our website. Our site doesn’t use advertising or analytics trackers. Our web servers keep standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address. When you schedule an inspection, the form is ours (it runs at crm.condorroofing.com inside this site and sets a cookie only to show your confirmation). When a team member connects their work calendar, your appointment’s time and address may be copied to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook under those services’ terms. The ‘Pay an Invoice’ link takes you to Nickel’s website, which has its own privacy policy.
Our customer portal and photo links. These use cookies that keep you signed in and secure. We don’t use them for advertising.
How We Use Your Information
- To answer your questions, schedule inspections, prepare estimates and do the work.
- To work with your insurance company, adjuster and mortgage company on your claim, when you ask or authorize us to.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, estimates, invoices and receipts, and to follow up on estimates, by phone, text or email.
- To pull permits, schedule inspections with the building department, order materials and register manufacturer warranties.
- To let neighbors know about work nearby and share storm information, where the law allows and unless you’ve asked us not to contact you.
- To keep records we need for warranties, taxes, insurance and the law.
- To improve our service and protect our customers, our team and our systems.
Text Messages
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you agree to receive text messages from Condor Roofing about your inspection, estimate, project and account, such as appointment reminders, project updates and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- Our crews and subcontractors get the address and job details they need to do the work. Our subcontractor portal shows them only the jobs they’re working on.
- Suppliers get the delivery address for your materials.
- Your insurance company, adjuster, mortgage company or public adjuster, when you ask or authorize us.
- Building departments and inspectors, for permits and inspections.
- Roofing manufacturers, to register your warranty.
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us and may use your information only to do that: web and data hosting, email, phone and text messaging, maps and address lookup, roof measurement reports, payment processing, accounting, scheduling, and AI tools that help us read documents such as insurance estimates and translate messages between English and Spanish.
- When required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our customers, team and others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
Photos of our work. We may show photos of roofs we’ve worked on, on our website and in our marketing, without your name or exact address. If you’d rather we not use photos of your property, just tell us.
Your Choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Calls and door visits: tell us, and we’ll mark your record so we stop calling and knocking.
- Your information: you can ask to see the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We’ll answer within 45 days. We may need to keep some records, such as contracts, warranty records and tax records, when the law or our agreements require it. We won’t treat you differently for asking.
How We Protect and Keep Information
We limit access to the people and companies who need it, use encrypted connections, and protect our systems with passwords and device security. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you, honor your roof’s warranties, and meet tax, insurance and legal record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
