This page is for anyone with a Condor Roofing login: our team’s app (the CRM, Photos and Door Knocking, including the Condor Roofing app on Google Play), the customer portal, and photo upload links. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information that goes with it. You don’t need the app installed to ask.
How to Ask
1. Send the request. Email noah@condorroofing.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address on your account if you can, or call 303-900-2184. Say which login it is: the team app or the customer portal.
2. We confirm it’s you. We reply to the email address or phone number we have on file before we delete anything.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email once it’s done.
What Is Deleted
Your login and sign-in details (password, passkeys and registered devices), your profile (name, email and phone), your notification settings and, for team members, your door-knocking location and route history and your time-on-the-map records.
What We Keep, and Why
Business records stay, because customers, warranties, insurers and the law depend on them: roof photos, inspection reports, estimates, invoices, payments, signed documents and permits belong to the job they were made for, and we keep them for as long as tax, insurance, warranty and legal record-keeping require. Where we can, we remove what identifies you from them. Our Privacy Policy describes how long we keep information.
Deleting Some Information Without Closing the Account
If you want some information corrected or removed but want to keep your login, ask the same way. We’ll tell you what we can change.
